The membership is quite small, maybe 125 members. The club is cultivating non-resident members, having recently recruited 20+ Off-Campus Members for their $7K/Yr dues. Regular Equity fees are: Joining fees are $45,000 (ask about any specials) and dues $11K for a Single and $12K for a Family. The course is in excellent condition and the staff is professional. There are about 100 homes on the campus and residential demand is lagging. In the first three quarters of 2011, there was one publicly reported sale — that unit sold for $385K, was on the market over a year, and yielded $165/SF. There are approximately 12 homes on the public market with an Asking Price averaging around $660K, which yields $240/SF. Average time on market is over 230 days.
