Eaglewood is a 55+ designated community and country club, with an executive golf course, tennis, swimming, and clubhouse.  There are 300 homes and duplexes.  The campus is carved out of the Jonathan Dickinson Preserve — a conservatory for wildlife.  The address in on Route 1 in Hobe Sound, about ten miles south of Stuart — the capital of the Treasure Coast.  There is shopping and entertainment within ten minutes both north and south.  Gorgeous beaches are five minutes away.  

Eaglewood is a small, private community with one way in and one way out.  Most of the citizens/members know each other.  The ambiance is decidedly ‘Florida Relaxed’ — casual is the order of the day.  The HOA fees are around $400/month and includes your country club fees, making Eaglewood the most attractive club in the area.
